Guest understands that the use of bunk beds may involve risks, including but not limited to falls, injuries while climbing, and entrapment, particularly for children and individuals with limited mobility. Guest hereby voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of any bunk bed on the property and agrees that the Owner, Property Manager, and their agents shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or related to such use. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to use the upper bunk. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times while on the premises, including during bunk bed use. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner, Property Manager, and their agents from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use or misuse of bunk beds during the rental period.
