Set off about 3 miles from Hwy 82 halfway between Sherman and Bonham. Great for travelling nurses and other transient workers! Enjoy the serenity and peace of nature. The space There are 2 single beds with a pull out couch. Has A/C but only space heater for the winter months. Stove and oven are gas. Turn on gas bottles at front of trailer.
