My exceptionally beautiful, bright, cozy, 50sqm large, barrier friendly apartment "Pünktchen" is located on the 1st floor of our old town house, in the city center of Rheinsberg, with large covered loggia, views of the lake, castle and historic city wall. Here you can stay comfortably, let your view of the historic city wall linger with the castle park behind it, the lake and a small part of the castle and listen to the opera in the Heckentheater with a glass of wine. I am happy to provide you with a table grill on request. In the apartment you have a separate bedroom with two single beds, a living room, which is equipped with an XXL sofa bed, two spring mattresses in a sleeping area of 160 x 200 cm, as well as a sitting area, a smart TV, a desk and books to browse. This includes a small, modern kitchen with all accessories, such as a stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and a shower room. Spot is perfectly designed for 2 people, but can also be used well with the extra bed in the living room of 4 people. Guest access Property description Our bright, cozy and barrier-friendly old town house from 1911, which was renovated from 2013 to 2016 to the "LoggiaHaus am Schloss" with elevator and spacious loggia, is located just behind the castle in Rheinsberg, on Lake Grienericksee with connection to the Mecklenburg Lake District. The LoggiaHaus offers 5 apartments under the name "Karlsson" (guest room penthouse, loggia with castle and lake views); "Pünktchen" (1.Etg. Loggia with lake view); "Anton" (1st floor with loggia and castle and lake view); "Pelle" (ground floor with terrace and courtyard garden); as well as the garden house "Michel" with terrace, garden and tree swing. All Rheinsberg attractions and shopping facilities are within walking distance and largely accessible. Art and culture, harbor, restaurants, beach baths and all shops are in the immediate vicinity. Children's high chairs for the little ones are offered free of charge, cribs for a small fee of 4 euros per night, bath towels for the beach for a fee of 3 euros per piece. All apartments we have furnished with a lot of love for detail.
