This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath farmhouse combines rustic charm with modern comfort — the perfect destination for family vacations, weekend reunions, or special celebrations. The space Step into a spacious open-concept kitchen, fully equipped for home-style cooking, or head outdoors to enjoy the complete outdoor kitchen and large lakeside deck — ideal for BBQs, gatherings, and evening dinners under the stars. The property comfortably accommodates large groups and can host events for up to 50 guests. In the backyard, you’ll find your private dock and Bream Lake access, where you can fish for bream and bass or simply relax and take in the water view. We provide fishing gear for both adults and kids, as well as a pedal boat for leisurely rides on the lake. Guests are also welcome to bring their own boat to fish or explore. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, graduation, or just escaping the city, Four Lakes Gathering offers the perfect blend of serenity and fun — a true “home away from home” surrounded by nature. Come enjoy the peace of the countryside, the sparkle of the lake, and the warmth of gathering together. Guest access Guests have full access to the farmhouse and all outdoor areas, except for one locked storage shed. Enjoy full privacy and open space to relax, gather, and take in the lake view. You can use: • The 3BR/2BA farmhouse • Indoor & outdoor kitchens with BBQ and dining area • Lakeside deck for meals or stargazing • Private dock with fishing gear (bream & bass) • Pedal boat or your own boat • Large outdoor area for gatherings (up to 50 guests) Other things to note Whether you use your own boat or the provided pedalos, you must purchase your own insurance and assume all risk. We do not provide liability or water safety insurance, and swimming in the lake is prohibited. Please exercise caution—alligators may be present in the lake. • Outdoor events and gatherings are welcome, but please maintain a low profile after 11:00 PM to maintain the tranquility of the surrounding area. Long-Term Stay Security Deposit Guidelines • Purpose: The security deposit ensures that the property and its facilities remain in good condition during your stay. It is only used to cover any damages or additional cleaning costs. • Amount: $3,000 USD, payable via Airbnb or the host’s designated payment method. • Refund: After checkout, the host will inspect the property. If there is no damage, the full deposit will be refunded. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be returned to you. • Guest Responsibility: Please take good care of the property and its facilities, follow the house rules, and notify the host promptly if any issues arise. 🏡 Security Deposit Policy for Gatherings Over 10 People 1. Scope of Application This security deposit policy applies when the number of participants in a gathering or event exceeds 10 people, regardless of the number of registered overnight guests. 2. Deposit Amount • An additional $500 security deposit is required for gatherings with more than 10 people. • The deposit must be paid before check-in through the platform or the designated payment method. 3. Purpose of the Deposit • The deposit is intended to ensure the safety of the property and the protection of all furniture and facilities. • In case of damage, loss, or excessive cleaning requirements, the corresponding cost will be deducted from the deposit. 4. Refund Policy • If the property passes the checkout inspection with no issues, the deposit will be fully refunded within 2 days. • If any damage or violation is found, a detailed explanation and deduction breakdown will be provided before the refund. 5. Important Reminders • Overnight stays beyond the approved number of guests are strictly prohibited. If unauthorized rooms are used or additional guests stay overnight, extra charges will be deducted from the deposit. • Any violation of house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation or forfeiture of the entire deposit. 6. Confirmation Payment of the deposit indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
