Guest access Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home, lakefront, and property. A dedicated lakeside entrance leads directly to the water, only about 15 feet from the home, making it easy to step outside and begin enjoying lake life immediately. The private dock is available for guest use, and the lake allows motorized watercraft, swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, waterskiing, and jet skiing. Guests are welcome to bring their own boats or watercraft and tie them directly to the dock for easy access, especially for evening sunset cruises. The property sits directly next to Bald Eagle Otter Lake Regional Park, providing additional natural privacy along with access to scenic walking trails, picnic areas, and frequent wildlife sightings, all without sacrificing the comfort of a private, luxury setting.
