With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, everyone will have plenty of room to relax. Enjoy a bright, open living space, a fully equipped kitchen for family meals, and a private backyard for quiet mornings or evening gatherings. Conveniently located just five minutes from the local PSC airport and CBC. The space The space: This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms - one located on the first level and three located upstairs. On the second level, you will find the master bedroom with a king sized bed and large private bathroom. You will also find two guest rooms, each with a queen sized bed and an additional bathroom. Each bathroom contains towels and some toiletries such as makeup remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Between these three rooms, you can comfortably sleep 6 individuals. The smaller room downstairs serves as a lounging area but can also sleep a 7th individual on the bifold futon. On the main level of the home, you will find a large open kitchen, perfect for gatherings. It is fully equipped with a coffee machine, blender, pots and pans, dishes, cups, utensils, a waffle maker, and more to make home cooked meals easy. The dining table seats up to 6 people and the kitchen island an additional 3. The living room area has a brand new comfortable couch, a 55 inch TV, and extra blankets, perfect for a comfortable and cozy movie night. You will also find a bathroom and laundry room on the main level of the home. Right past the laundry room, the back door of the home will take you to the private and fully fenced backyard. Street parking is available directly in front of the home with an additional private space located at the back of the property that leads right into the backyard. The property is located near several restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Guest access The entire home and backyard is accessible to our guests during their stay. This is a completely private space. There is no shared space between guests and hosts. Other things to note Please note that no additional guests above the 7 maximum limit are allowed to stay overnight. We understand that this space is ideal for gatherings but kindly ask that you let us know if you are planning to have additional guests visit during the day, are planning a special occasion, etc. We also ask that you are respectful to our neighbors and limit noise after 10PM.
