Tucked away, high in the Shinnecock Hills, our property offers a private setting for a relaxed stay in the Hamptons. Located just a few minutes from world famous beaches, golf courses (SHINNECOCK) and the Villages of Southampton, Westhampton Beach & Sag Harbor, we're just a short ride away from everywhere you'd want to be. Our private beach on Shinnecock Bay is less than a 1/4 mile away, but with your own inground saltwater pool, hot tub and outdoor shower, you might not ever want to leave! The space Our property is a flag lot parcel, with the home located at the end of a long driveway that borders a town preserve. The home itself offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the main level, we have two bedrooms each with a queen bed. A full bathroom is located just outside of both bedrooms. The kitchen and dining areas flow together, offering and abundance of natural sunlight via picture windows, glass sliders & skylights from high vaulted ceilings. The living room area also offers a vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace, large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for all. The upper level (primary suite) offers a larger bedroom with a king bed, lounge area with an oversized barrel chair, large flat screen TV and overlooks the backyard, preserve area and peak a boo water views. A full bathroom is located on the upper level, as well as a cat walk with a reading chair that over looks the dining area. We also keep a Queen size air mattress available for use if ever wanting to accommodate a few more. Outside, the property offers an abundance of beautiful flowering trees, bushes and manicured landscape throughout. Our large paver patio offers ample space for outdoor dining or lounging. The saltwater pool, hot tub and outdoor shower are priceless amenities that ensure the guests will enjoy their stay with us to the fullest! Guest access Guests will receive an access code to the main entrance with their check in instructions Other things to note We want everyone to have fun and enjoy the stay, but you'll notice that we're located in a quiet neighborhood. We just ask that we respect our neighbors, and keep any music or other outdoor volume to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 7pm to 8am, which strictly prohibits music outdoors during that time frame.
