Our cozy studio with a well equipped kitchenette and beds for 3. Short walk to Downtown Exeter and Short Drive to Sequoia/Kings National Parks, Lake Kaweah and DT Visalia. You'll have access to the whole place, patio area & off street parking. Easy walk to various restaurants and shops. Exeter, a sleepy town with the most adorable Coffee Shop, antique stores and custom boutiques. An easy 20 minute drive to Kaweah Lake and 30 minute drive to the main entrance of Sequoia/Kings National Park. The space You will have full access to an adorable studio featuring a spacious greatroom, well equipped kitchenette and charming patio. Peach Drive is walking distance to everything Exeter has to offer. Easy 30 minute drive to Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Park, this home is perfect for those traveling to the park for a day. There is a large shower in the bathroom, an inviting queen bed, a twin trundle bed, comfy sofa and a Smart TV Plenty of off street parking. Private entrance, self check in & WiFi. Only 15 minutes from the fantastic town of Visalia. Downtown Exeter is a simple walk using the gate to the southwest side of the home, just walk 2 blocks down E Street and find all the goodies. Pine Street and E Street feature lots of yummy restaurants, start your day with a drink from Stanford's Chocolates & Coffee or Just Dough With It Cookie Shop and a pastry from Jireh Bakery, for lunch Hometown Emporium offers a large variety of delicious home made goodies and of course if you want a great pizza go to VIP Pizza. We also recommend Bell Craft Brewery for a lively and fun environment. For something a more special we love Monets Wine Bistro and Cafe Lafayette both are fabulous French restaurants. Exploring the many antique shops is a great way to spend a day and a walking tour of the famous murals is the perfect way to stretch your legs. We are located roughly 30 minutes from the Sequoia National Park entrance, this is the perfect location for anyone needing a home base after a day of hiking and exploring. Exeter features some of the most fun seasonal events around with Fall Festival, Christmas Downtown and summer concerts at the park. For a little more adventure travel 20 minutes to the quaint foothill town of 3 Rivers and rent a houseboat on Kaweah Lake, swim at Slick Rock or go jump in one of the swim holes located all along the river. Travel 15 minutes west and experience all Downtown Visalia has to offer, the historic Fox Theatre, many fabulous restaurants, some of our favorites are Sushi Kuu, Bravo Farms, Bistro De Bufala and Quesadilla Gorilla located at The Mix. Guest access The entire studio and patio area is available for guest use. Other things to note Our studio is a back house, the front house is also an active Airbnb. There is a completely separate parking and entrance area so there should be no issue with the guests in the front house. Please park on the RIGHT HAND DRIVEWAY. There is NO SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCES anywhere on the property. Exeter is a farming community and while we have regular pest control service, occasionally little friends may find their way onto the property, if this happens, please let us know and we will schedule an additional service.
