Welcome to your home away from home! This basement apartment is ideal for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay near Merriweather, Columbia. It offers privacy, comfort, and unbeatable convenience - perfect for short or extended stays. Accommodating up to two guests, it features 1-King size bed and 1-Full bath. This cozy neighborhood is in the center of Columbia and offers shops, malls, restaurants, entertainment, lakes, hiking trails + more. The space The basement apartment has its own private entrance facing the backyard, offering 500 square feet of living space, including a living room, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Although the host lives on the first and second floors, and a door connects the first floor to the basement apartment, the space is completely private. The Living Room area has two comfortable sofas, great collection of books to read, 4K Smart television and access to Netflix. The Kitchen has essentials to do light cooking, a coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, cook-top, and microwave. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Please note that the Airbnb member renting this space must be at least 21 years old. Photo ID may be required at check-in PARKING - Free community parking spots (first-come, first-served) - Reserved parking is available and costs $5 per day. Strictly NO SMOKING, NO PETS and NO PARTIES/PHOTOGRAPHY! 🛠️ Note: The Host lives upstairs and maybe available to help any time. Please include the correct number of guests on your reservation request, no unauthorized visitors allowed. Please note that use of Washer and Dryer will be limited to two times per week if the stay is longer than a week. And one time if the stay is less than a week. The fireplace is closed and only for decoration purposes. Guest access 24-hour check-in is available after 3 PM check-in time and check-out at 10 AM. You can come and go as you wish. There is a lockbox close to the entrance door to get the keys for the patio door. Guests will have access to the basement apartment and the backyard patio that leads to the basement apartment. They will exit the property using the fence door to the walkway and parking area. The host might need to access the electrical room if needed for any electrical troubleshooting.
