Please note, the garage is not available for guest use. Guest access Self-entry: A unique door code is created and sent to you for convenient access. All areas of the home are accessible except the basement and garage. Other things to note Parking: 2 vehicles can be parked front to back in driveway. Free off-street parking available Quiet Hours: 10PM through 7AM. HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away! Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host. NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the duplex for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7. LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules. PETS: We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved. Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
