Gilly’s Hockey House

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Under an hour to STL attractions and under an hour to beautiful Ironton and Farmington attractions! The space This is the home we use for our son to play aaa ice hockey. We stay here after late night practices and weekend tournaments! It is not our full time residence so we want to share it while we are not occupying it! It is a recently renovated home that we will continuously make small updates to along the way. It’s a one story home with a large sunroom and a full unfinished basement. Laundry is in the basement. There are three bedrooms upstairs and one bath with a partial bath in the basement. There is plenty of room to accommodate several guests and we have a king sized air mattress at the home as well as a spare twin mattress and frame in the basement. House rules: WiFi password is located in the house on entry table along with rules. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet space for you to use with hampers and hangers provided. There’s one door that is locked off for our personal belongings in living room. The front door has to be pulled tight to open and close. We believe in non toxic living so our couch, mattresses and linens are non toxic materials. As well as our paper towels, paper plates, and toilet paper. Our soaps and laundry detergent are fragrance free and non toxic. We have non toxic cookware as well. We don’t have scentsy or plug-ins of any kind. No smoking, pets or damages or there will be a $200+ fee. Garbage service pickup is Thursday morning so please take the outside can to the curb if your stay lands on a Wednesday! Please take care of our home so we can continue sharing it :) Guest access Driveway parking, street parking, garage, basement, full house, sunroom, backyard. Other things to note There is a king mattress in back bedroom that simply plugs in and inflates and extra blankets/sheets in each closet for your use! Washer and dryer in the unfinished basement. Garage and street parking. Deck and backyard for your use. Furnished sunroom. WiFi code is located on entryway table along with house rules! Hot water gets extremely hot so be very cautious of that please! This is an older home that we are slowly renovating as we go, please understand it is not completely renovated. The sunroom windows are very old as well and do not shut completely. We do spray for pests and have the house thoroughly cleaned before each guest, but as it is an older home so there’s a chance there are spiders, insects, etc. There is also a groundhog who has lived under the front porch for many years please respect the wildlife :)
