Please note: This is a loft-style space, so you may hear normal household activity. If you’re sensitive to noise, a private room may be a better fit. The space 🏡 Shared Living Home – Please Read Before Booking This is a shared living environment designed to provide a clean, peaceful, and respectful stay for all guests. By booking, you agree to the following house expectations: • Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. • Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Cigarette smoking is permitted outside in designated outdoor areas only. • Marijuana smoking or use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. • No drugs or illegal substances are permitted on the property. • No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. • No eating or drinking in bedrooms. • Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in shared spaces, including the kitchen and bathroom. • Please wash dishes promptly and keep personal belongings organized. • Washer and dryer use is available for guests staying 3 days or longer only. • This is a co-ed shared home unless otherwise stated in the listing. We strive to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone. Guests who are unable to follow house rules may be asked to leave the property without refund.
