Little Stone Cottage in Onekama

This charming stone cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is located in the heart of Onekama. Located along scenic M-22 and across the street from Portage Lake, this home shares waterfront access and is within walking distance to parks, beaches, shopping and dining. The space The Stone Cottage is a charming two-bedroom home that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and is the smaller of two cottages on the property. The Contentment, the larger neighboring cottage, sleeps 8 guests and shares the same parcel of land. We mention the neighboring home to avoid any confusion when you arrive and see two stone houses. Guests at both cottages share the dock, which is located across the street on the lakefront. For boaters, a public marina and public boat launch are just 1 mile away, along with a public park. Children and infants are welcome; however, please note that the home is not equipped with cribs, highchairs, baby gates, or other infant/child-specific amenities. Parents/guardians should plan to bring any items needed for their little ones. Please note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunded amount. Other things to note AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dock on waterfront, fire pit, laundry, coffee maker. Cable service and WIFI, and smart TV is included. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, blender, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: This house is on M-22 (Main Street) in Onekama facing Portage Lake with beautiful views and lake access across the street. You can drive to a Lake Michigan Beach in minutes… or take a drive North to Arcadia Bluffs, Crystal Lake and/or Frankfort. PARKING: There is parking behind the house accessed through the drive behind the garage. Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Any request for late check out or early check in will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. A booking agreement will be collected at the time of booking. If you want to use the Kayaks or other water toys, please inform the host to sign a liability waiver and receive access to them
