Welcome to Evanston! Newly renovated, adorable guesthouse at the back of a centrally-located home originally built in the early 1900’s. Main bedroom (king, armoire, desk, TV), second bedroom (two twins, armoire, desk), living/full kitchen/dining area and large bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Please contact us with any questions or concerns :) The space This unit is located between Front St. and Main St., the two primary streets through Evanston. The laundry room is in the main building through the back porch entry about 20 feet from your front door. It is for your private use at any time. Each bedroom has its own thermostat you can adjust by turning the knob to the desired temperature. The living area has an electric wall heater by the front door you can turn on by pushing the fan button and adjust the temperature by pushing the + and - buttons. The bathroom heater is permanently set to 70* and is not adjustable.
