Summerhill is an open-plan, bright, one bed private studio/apartment located just a few steps up the road from Wicklow's Historical Gaol and the Harbour. We are very conveniently situated a few doors up the hill from the bus terminus and from a host of local amenities including Wicklow golf club, Wicklow Sailing club and plenty of fabulous restaurants, cafes, pubs and local craft shops, plus an abundance of other outdoor activities - all on your doorstep! Come and explore and enjoy!! The space The studio is open plan and, as shown in the photos, includes a narrow spiral staircase to the small mezzanine level which has a comfortable double bed. There is a table/workspace with chairs and a very cosy couch to relax on whilst reading or watching TV or a DVD. The bathroom has just had a complete makeover ,has an electric shower and brand new sanitary ware .We also supply plenty of towels, soap and shampoo so you can travel light. There is a fully equiped kitchen with oven, fridge with small freezer section, microwave, a washing machine and dryer. Summerhill is ideally suited to a couple or solo travellers, so whether it's for work or sightseeing we have everything you need including high speed broadband. Any information you would like on any activities, sightseeing or restaurant recommendations etc, we would be delighted to provide for you. Guest access You have your own front door and access to the whole apartment including a little outdoor decking area, which is totally private . Other things to note We would kindly ask guests to not park directly in front of property as these spaces are reserved for residents. Thanks
