BATHROOM The home features 1 sparkling clean bathroom, stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bright lighting and a large mirror make it easy to get ready for your next Frisco adventure. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Cook up your favorite meals or experiment with something new in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the essentials. Whether you’re brewing coffee for a sunrise ski or winding down with hot cocoa, this kitchen has everything you need. The open-concept living and dining area invites you to relax and connect. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit. •We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
