Located in quiet suburbs & a short drive from Philly. Your own driveway & street parking out front. Kids may be playing in the backyard during daytime hours. The space Grandpop's Cottage! Enjoy a peaceful stay just outside the city in this comfortable stand-alone one-bedroom guest house, located in the backyard of our home. The space features a queen-sized bed and a pull-out single sofa bed (ideal for kids although we do provide a mattress topper to help with comfort if needed), making it great for solo travelers, couples, or small families. The large bathroom includes a stand-up shower, and the eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped for home-cooked meals. You’ll find an electric kettle, French press, and 12 cup drip coffee maker for your coffee or tea needs—perfect for slow mornings or a cozy evening in. You’ll have your own private driveway that fits one car, plus free street parking right out front for a second vehicle. Please note that we do have tiny humans and a dog who may be joyfully playing in the backyard (which is right outside your kitchen and living room windows)—but always during respectful daytime hours. For families traveling with little ones, a Pack ’n Play is available upon request. We are happy to allow a house trained dog (size doesn't matter), however cats are not an option at this time. Located in the quiet suburbs of Philadelphia, this guest house offers the perfect balance—close enough to the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and historic sites, yet tucked away in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. It is also quite walkable to a local shopping area with a bagel shop, supermarket and more! If you're ordering door dash be sure to say "Rear cottage on Annabella Ave" when entering the address. There is a storage area attached to the cottage and you may hear us in there from time to time gathering materials for yard work or kiddo play items . Whether you’re here for business, visiting family, or exploring the area, you’ll find this cozy retreat welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for your stay.
