Each is fully equipped with modern kitchen, utility room, dining area, sitting area and all bedrooms en-suite. All linen and a welcome pack is provided for guests. The cottages are bright and airy and exceptionally warm - they are centrally heated; each cottage also has a wood burning stove for extra cosiness. Nearby Strabane has a good selection of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a theatre with library also housing a tourist information area. The area is renowned for fishing, walking, golf and other outdoor pursuits. Close at hand are the Ulster Folk Park, Londonderry (city of culture in 2013) County Donegal and the coast is about an hours drive away. The properties can be reached by road, air (from Derry or Belfast) guests find that to have their own transport is most useful. The cottages are situated in glorious countryside and have fabulous views. They provide more than a home-from-home for our visitors and we give each visitor a very warm welcome. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of Finn Cottage. Guests are welcome to use the games room where the pool table is. Children 12 and under must be supervised at all times when inside the games room. Guests have use of a large outdoor drying area in addition to the drying area within the utility room. There is plenty of space in the courtyard and on the lawns to play games. Guests will normally have access to the adjoining fields, but permission from Anne must be given before guests enter the fields. (This depends on what animals are grazing - it is normally sheep) Other things to note You can have a wonderful time and get immersed in the beauty of Ireland at its best.
