House on the Hill

Welcome to our home on a quiet dirt road. We are renting out the main living level of the house, the basement will be closed off. The neighbors are a good distance away. We are about 15 minutes from State College which makes it an ideal rental for University events such as football games. The space There are 3 bedrooms all located on the main living floor along with 2 full bathrooms. There’s plenty of parking next to the house. The hot tub is available for use along with a fire pit. This house is occupied when not rented out so please respect the personal items in the home. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Guest access The main floor of the house is what is being rented. The basement and basement patio is not part of the rental.
