The space The home is conveniently located less than a mile from Roger’s Park, with its free boat ramp, and also close to the marina—perfect for lake outings, fishing, or enjoying water activities. Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the main owner’s closet and a few locked cabinets used for storage. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with a peaceful view looking out over the cove. The living room includes a cozy ottoman stocked with extra blankets for guests to use during their stay. Televisions are available in each room for entertainment and relaxation. The second bedroom, called the “Outdoor Room,” includes a futon bunk bed, a dedicated work desk, and an arcade game for extra fun. A guest closet is available and stocked with extra sheets and blankets, children’s toys & chair, baby gates (which can also be used for pets indoors or outdoors), a Pack-n-Play, fishing poles, an extra air mattress, and box fans for added comfort during your stay.
