The Grand house is located near downtown Bridgeport. Just over one mile from the North Central WV Airport (CKB) and the Bridges Sports Complex. Our location offers shopping, restaurants, public parks and public pool! The Bungalow style home is located on a quiet residential street perfect for walking and biking! Space for two cars in the private driveway, plus street parking. The space 3 spacious bedrooms with closets, queen beds, mirrors, hangers, luggage rack, and settee. USB outlets in each bedroom. Newly remodeled kitchen with long countertops. Plenty of room for multiple cooks! The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, dishes, cups, glasses, tableware and cookware, dish cloths, towels and start-up paper towels. Also, a convenient full size washer and dryer. Newly remodeled bathroom with tub, detachable shower-head and 2 sinks. Towels, wash clothes, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and start-up toilet paper provided. Large living room with comfortable seating, end tables, coffee table, lamps with USB outlets and large television. Dining room has modern stool type seating for six. A chalk board with chalk and eraser for games! We have many games already for you and your friends and family to play! A large covered back porch to relax. Other things to note The Grand House may not be suitable for small children or those with poor mobility. OLIVERIO’S Restaurant: This Italian restaurant is within walking distance of our home. The restaurant is a local favorite, established in 1965. The Bridge Sports Complex: Offers baseball fields, basketball courts, an indoor pool, an indoor track, rock climbing walls, and a gym. They highlight the variety of activities, including outdoor playgrounds, an outdoor track, and multiple basketball/volleyball courts. Clean facilities and the availability of a concession stand. Bridgeport City Pool: Seasonal Operation from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Bridgeport City Park: Clean park along a creek, set up for picnics, plus baseball and soccer fields. The trails are clean and easy to walk. Deegan & Hinkle Park: Scenic park with 2 lakes featuring basketball and tennis courts, plus a playground and a boat ramp.
