PLEASE NOTE: If you are looking for high end luxury this is not the place for you. This is exactly what it looks like, a well maintained single wide primarily used as our family camp. Cable TV is not provided, but you are able to connect to our smart TV and Wi-Fi to access your preferred streaming platforms. We do have train tracks located alongside the property, no crossing signals can be heard but you can hear an occasional horn in the distance and the rumbling of the train as it passes. Guests are responsible for their own safety and assume all risks associated with using the river. Guest access • Full access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor deck. • Guests can enjoy the private yard and the riverfront area for relaxation and outdoor activities. No access to the RV and 2 pop ups on property unless previously discussed.
