With three bedrooms, three baths, and a heated locker cubby area for all your outdoor gear, the home sleeps up to eight guests and is designed for unplugging and relaxing after outdoor adventures. It’s well stocked with everything you need, offers ample parking for cars, trailers, and outdoor toys, and features a west-facing deck—perfect for soaking in unforgettable Adirondack sunsets. The first floor holds a full bath and a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances and tools you would need for at home dining along with a breakfast counter and stools. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen with a table large enough to accommodate everyone in your party and the open kitchen/dining space has doors that open to the patio. Step outside to relax in an Adirondack chair with a morning coffee in the fresh air to start your day! The second floor with lots of windows for plenty of natural light holds a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, thereby providing a perfect soothing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating and access to the deck. There are also 2 bedrooms with a shared full bath and both bedrooms have doors that open onto the deck. The third floor holds another bedroom with a private full bath and a birds eye view!  This home also has wi-fi throughout for guests to plug in and stay socially connected wherever they are most comfortable. There is lots of yard space for outside fun with lawn games and the wrap around deck with built in seating invites visitors to relax for those "stay at home" days or for down time after fun-filled days spent exploring your surroundings! However you choose to spend your time, this home is perfect for use as just a quiet retreat or as a home base to wind down and recharge after days full of exploring and activities. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities, the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public. Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. six days a week, Sunday’s by appointment and available to handle issues 24/7. Q. Where and when do I check-in the day of my arrival? A. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. unless we have approved an earlier check-in time. Please stop by our office to pick up your key and complimentary welcome tote. A. Yes, there is a one-time cleaning fee that applies to every rental. This fee is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and overall size of the property. Yes, all of our vacation rental properties include linens and towels at the property for your use. Q. Are paper products, soaps and other household supplies included? Our vacation rentals are furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, garbage bags, a clean sponge and laundry soap. Some homes may also have a basic supply of spices, cooking oil and cooking spray. Depending on how long your stay is and your level of usage, you may need to purchase more of these items at any of the local grocery stores. Q. Are washers & dryers available? A. Yes, most of our properties have a washer and dryer available. Q. Are pets permitted? A. Some of our vacation properties accept pets and a pet deposit is required. No, smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our vacation properties. Q. Is there air-conditioning in my rental property? A. Most properties do not have air conditioning since the average daily high temperature tends to hover around 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer months. Q.
