It features modern furnishings, two cozy bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, making it an ideal space for comfortable living. The updated kitchen seamlessly integrates with the open floor plan, which combines the living and dining areas to create a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The separate washroom comes with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. This unit features its own entrance and a private, fully fenced backyard and is entirely separate from the upstairs one-bedroom unit. The only thing that is shared is the parking pad in front of the home. There is one (1) dedicated parking space for each side of the duplex. Guest access You will have private access to the unit and a fully fenced yard. Enjoy the peace and privacy of having the whole space to yourself. Four days before your arrival date, you will receive detailed instructions and everything you need for a smooth, easy self-check-in.
