Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Our unique layout gives each guest room its own space. Guests love the complete silence every night and no streetlights. Steps to multiple beaches ( Only 2 doors down) and beautiful Price Park with easy trails. Lake views from upstairs, over 1100 sq feet of decks, a peaceful fenced back garden, paddle board, fire pit, patio seating and bedroom with 2 pianos. We have 2 folding beds, 2 camping cots and a crib The space 1 king size with a 4 piece en-suite and 3 good sized queen bedrooms. Two additional bathrooms with showers for a total of 3 bathrooms. One of the Queen bedrooms is massive, with 2 pianos, in tune, one upright and one grand. For larger groups we have 2 folding beds (for 10 people) and 2 camping cots if your group is 11 people. Please chat with me if you are a 11 or 12, so I know your preferences. The mid section of the house has LED’s that can be color controlled from the free Hue app. This allows color lighting for creating a fun atmosphere. The 75” Samsung TV and soundbar provide great music too. Bocce and more games! The house is just perfect for bringing friends and family together and having fun. 2 doors down from 12 beaches in summer too. Guest access Guests use the whole house, front and rear fenced yard too. Bring your pet and know that they’re able to be out in the back yard and are safely fenced. Other things to note Total distance to the beaches is 2 houses away. It’s great to be able to come back to the refrigerator for refreshments and be back on the beach in moments. The back yard is huge and fenced for your pets.
