The space As you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a spacious open-concept living area designed for sharing memorable moments — conversations around the kitchen island, warm meals, and cozy evenings. The main floor, fully lined with windows, offers a spectacular 180° view of the river and Charlevoix mountains, visible from every angle. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook just like at home: a complete cookware set, quality dishware, new appliances, and plenty of storage. For cozy winter evenings, enjoy a propane fireplace on the main floor and a wood-burning fireplace in the basement (firewood provided), creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main floor living room is also equipped with a Nintendo Switch console. The property features a king bedroom on the upper floor, two double bedrooms in the basement, as well as a home office on the main level with a double Murphy bed. Please note that the office has a window opening onto the stairwell, which may make the room slightly noisier than the other bedrooms if some guests are early risers or night owls. In the basement, you’ll find a spacious family room featuring a projector with Amazon Fire Stick, and a home theatre system. It’s the perfect spot for rainy days, relaxed evenings, or game nights with friends and family. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, including the land that extends all the way to the cliff and the private gazebo overlooking the Anse-au-Persil — the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee, a glass of wine, or a breathtaking sunset.
