Welcome to our cozy little cottage, centrally located between The University of Notre Dame (1.4 miles) and Downtown South Bend (also 1.4 miles). Easy walking distance to campus and Eddy Street Commons destinations - as well as downtown restaurants and shops in South Bend. The space We are sure you will enjoy this charming home. The first floor includes the living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bath as well as two bedrooms - both with Queen beds. Enjoy the screened porch off the dining room through the lovely french doors. The second floor provides two twin beds, a large attached space with a convertible chair that unfolds to an additional twin bed and another full bath. The outdoor space includes a shaded patio with four relaxing Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Laundry facilities are located in the basement if needed. All bedding and towels are provided. Please utilize the black washcloths for makeup removal. A hairdryer is located in the downstairs hall linen closet. The fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used. Our home is located in a lovely, quiet, established neighborhood. No parties or event hosting is permitted. Please respect the tranquility and peace of our neighbors. This is a smoke free and vape free environment. Absolutely no marijuana or other illegal drugs are permitted on the property. No pets. Two night minimum booking.
