Heritage Rail House [sleeps 4]

WELCOME HOME in our lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath house! Our family settled into this once bustling rail town in the mid-1900s. Our grandparents bought this cute house on the corner to create an unmatched rental experience for guests. We recently completed modernizations of the home and are proud to continue their legacy. *LATE CHECK-INS OK!* The space Our home is a 1-story, 800 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. This cozy house includes: - keyless front door entry for easy self-check in, - large, wall-mounted flat screen televisions with Roku device in the living room and both bedrooms, - modern bathroom with spacious shower, - full and queen sized beds with ceiling fans in both bedrooms, - fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, - electric fireplace, - designated dining space, - laundry room with washer and dryer, - central heating and air, - expansive, fenced yard with exterior surveillance camera system, outdoor dining set, and MUCH MORE!! All essentials are provided (i.e. towels, blankets, hand soap, etc.). It's all here...just bring your clothes! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to freely enjoy the house and outdoor space. All that we ask is that you wash any dishes used and clean up behind yourself. Guests are also welcome to use the full-size washer and dryer - located just outside the bathroom (laundry supplies are not provided). You will have access to two open-air, uncovered spaces in front of the house to park your vehicle(s). Other things to note We are laid-back hosts except for the fact that we ask guests to remove their shoes at the front door, don't smoke or vape in or around the house, and no pets, please. Other than that, we're pretty flexible.
