Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay! The space Our small guest house offers everything you need, even if a longer stay is planned. The anteroom leads into the bedroom with the double bed with TV (attention: only streaming!) and into the kitchen/living area where another sleeping option is available. The kitchen offers all amenities such as dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and radio. A highlight that immediately catches the eye is the cool jukebox that plays about 200 exquisite hits from records. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and bathtub (with shower). In the adjacent pergola, in the outdoor area, you can listen to the birds undisturbed and enjoy the coffee in the afternoon sun. Extra security is provided by the fire extinguisher, fire alarm and CO2 detector. Guest access Guests have unrestricted access to all parts of the guest house. A covered parking space for bicycles is also offered free of charge. (In the basement entrance, on the right behind the arbor, behind the wooden door.) Other things to note We have two cats that are part of the family. They are called Lua and Diego Carlos. They are super friendly and will do everything to get your attention and love. But please, don't let them into the house and don't feed them, no matter what they tell you.
