Fourth room queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen in open concept living room/dining room area with access to deck and backyard. No guest access to garage. Community park and basketball court available for use. Guest access Full access to the entire house, deck and yard. Garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note We are located in a quiet, family neighborhood and appreciate our guests being respectful of our neighbors throughout the stay. The fireplace in the living room is decorative only. The garage is locked as private owner space. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house or on the property. Please note there are outside security cameras onsite.
