Georgetown River Getaway

The Shrimp are running. 5 min from our dock September .This home is on a canal in Georgetown,FL that goes into the St. Johns River.The dock has water and electricity available.Springs are nearby with crystal clear water great snorkeling .The River is known for its fishing, crabbing and shrimping . You can take your boat to several restaurants on the water.18 whole golf course 1 1/2 miles from houseThe Oaks Golf Course. Pickleball courts close The space This is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath home. Master bedroom has a king size bed a makeup/desk with chair. There is a walk in shower in the bath with a double vanity. Second bedroom has full size bunk bed . Third bedroom has 2 queen beds. Second bathroom has a bath / shower . The kitchen is open with a large island that seats 6 or can grab 2 other stools in pool table area and it would seat 8. Couch and loveseat in living area with large smart tv. There is an addition that has a pool table, large round table that seats 6 , couch, 3 chairs small fridge and large smart tv. There is an enclosed porch on the side where you could play corn hole with seating for up to 10. There is a dock area which will accommodate up to a 24 foot boat when levels are not low . Levels can run too low to dock your boat Directly across street 2 min walk is Bass World Marina you can launch there . We have a deck attached to dock. Guest access Side shed not accessible. Dock is available for your use we do not provide a boat. They rent seedoos and boats at Renegades and Bassworld rents boats also. You can launch your boat at the marina directly across from us. They have a nice boat ramp Other things to note Our place would be ideal for 2 couples splitting the place for snowbird season. You could have your own separate BR , bathroom , dining area , TV room just share the kitchen.
