This home is located on the shore of Sebasticook Lake and has amazing Sunrise views! It is in a quiet friendly neighborhood and is just two miles from the interstate and shopping. The space This home is set up nicely for four people with the main living area and bathroom on the entry level and each bedroom on its own floor, one bedroom is located on the second floor, and one is located on the ground level. Other things to note Each year during the second week of September the town opens the dam lowering the water level in the lake, this is down in order to prevent algae blooms from taking place therefore keeping the lake nice and clean. During the fall months being on the lake with the ability to walk the rocky shoreline feels more like a coastal vibe.
