Rental unit in Collbran

Collbran is a beautiful rural ranching area with close driving distance to Vega resivor and Grand Mesa. This property was built in 1948 and known as the old hunting cabins. Located in the heart of Collbran, you are walking distance from restaurants, shops and main Street. ADU is 1bd 1bth 550sq ft. keypad entry, full size futon, queen bed. Street parking only. close to neighbors and pet friendly. Most businesses close at 8pm, please prepare yourself with necessary items if you show late. The space the entry door can be tricky to lock. just pull/push on the door to close when locking. Other things to note the Airbnb is an attached ADU to my home. we are a family of three with 2 friendly cats that are free roaming. I generally keep to myself but will say hi if we see each other. Im there in the evenings if anything is needed. There are other apartments with year round tenants that live there with a dog. the dog is also very sweet.
