Make memories on the Oregon Coast in this amazing home sleeping up to 12 with a king suite, queen in it's own bedroom, 2 bedrooms with a double & 2 twins in each. One of the double and twin bedrooms (secret room) must be entered through the queen bedroom. Fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. Please note the house does have a central air heat pump for cooling and a furnace, wall heaters in many of the bedrooms and a gas fireplace in the main floor living room for heat. Call Robert at (619) 618-2661 The property sits several houses back from beach access but many of the upstairs bedrooms do have a view and can hear the ocean. Parking for the property is available on site so please park off the street in front or to the right of the garage as you face the house. Please do not park to the left of the garage on the grass unless all spots are taken. Do not block access to the dumpster. To protect the drainage for the neighborhood please do not drive over drainage grates. Lincoln County requires a local tax and has been built into the cost of renting. Local grocery store is on Highway 101 in walking distance from the property. We consider the house our home so please be mindful and respectful of the walls with suitcases and pool sticks. Please review the house rules. Some rules are duplicated outside the house rules section below. Please leave your pets at home as no pets are allowed in the house or on the property due to insurance liability. WiFi is available with a 100 Mbps network connection with unlimited data. Food or drinks on the main floor only! I ask that you follow the house rules specifically leaving your shoes at the door due to sand, no dogs, no smoking in the house, and no food or drinks upstairs. No smoking in or near the home and please leave your shoes at the door. This really helps the carpet upstairs stay nice along with attempting to keep sand from the beach to a minimum in the floor air vents. Please do not allow children or adults to jump on the beds for everyone's safety. All dishes must be washed and put away prior to checkout. Please do not leave the dish washer loaded. Please use the provided disposable makeup remover wipes since makeup does not easily come out of the towels. Please do not place any food or drinks on the pool table at any time. Any damages will require cleaning or replacement of the felt and you will be charged the full cost for replacement. There are coasters provided for the wood tables for use. There is a yard spigot towards the parking area of the grass to rinse yourself and feet of sand after going to the beach. Towels are provided for house use but please don’t take them to the beach. Washing sandy clothes and items in the house will clog the drains. At the end of your stay please strip the sheets and towels used and place on the washer downstairs (do not wash). Please do not remove towels, pillows, furniture, dishes or DVDs at any time from the house so that future renters may also enjoy. The televisions do have Roku devices to login to your favorite apps. The loving room has Disney+ available by pressing the home button on the TV remote. Antenna signal is very limited but all rooms except one have televisions with DVD players (no cable TV) for your enjoyment with some selection of DVDs in the TV cabinet on the main floor. For everyone’s safety I ask that people please not sit on or stand on the railing outside the house. A baby gate is provided if needed to avoid children falling down the stairs. It is important to ensure all doors including the sliding back door and side storm door are secured before exiting. Please note there is a security camera on the property for security purposes facing entry doors. The basement, cleaning closets and attic are locked. The attic, linen and cleaning closet are off-limits and locked but if you decide to break into these spaces you will be charged for all damages. These spaces really aren’t anything special but be aware the house was built in the 1930s even with the numerous upgrades. The basement has been secured due to no stair railing along with mechanical equipment including a furnace, hot water heater and electrical panels. The attic and cleaning closet are also secured. These areas are off limits and you will be charged for all damages if you decide to break locks into these spaces. Doors are equipped with security wifi locks for easy access. Do not unplug electronic equipment in the house as this may affect door locks. Most of all we hope everyone enjoys their stay.
