The space This cottage features: - 1 large comfortable loft/bedroom with quality linens and rustic charm. - 1 full bathroom separate from the actual cottage (you have to step outside to get to it) and an outdoor shower - open-concept living area with a Murphy queen bed - fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home cooking - outdoor dining area with BBQ grill - upper deck from loft overlooking the lake - perfect for morning coffee - private dock for swimming, fishing, or launching kayaks, peddle boat and paddle boards (life jackets provided and recommended) - fire pit area for evening s'mores and stargazing (when there are no restrictions) - games, puzzles and books for rainy day entertainment What's Provided - Fresh linens and towels - Basic toiletries (Shampoo, conditionner and shower gel) - Coffee, tea, and cooking basics - Water dispenser - Firewood (seasonal) - when there are no fire restrictions -- please check La SOPFeu app for Cayamant - Beach towels - First aid kit Important Notes - Lakefront property - children should be supervised near water - Stairs to loft bedroom (not suitable for mobility issues) - Tap water: Our water comes directly from the lake - perfect for washing dishes and shower but please use the bottled water provided in the dispenser for drinking and cooking. Extra bottles can be purchased in the village if needed - Septic system - please be mindful of what goes down the drains, only toilet paper - Dock is seasonal (May-October) - High speed Internet/WiFi (though you might want to disconnect!)
