Other things to note Guest Screening All guests must complete CLEAR ID verification and a background check (no evictions, collections, or criminal records). A passport is required for international guests. Stays of 30+ Nights The primary guest must complete a soft credit check (minimum score of 550) and provide a valid SSN.
