Relax at our private beach that's just a short stroll down the street. Just minutes away from Geneva on the Lake, & Downtown Ashtabula with all its great shops and dining. We're also close to all the wineries Geneva has to offer. It's beautiful in the fall and winter too. The space Our main floor has a large updated eat-in kitchen, laundry, living-room, full bath with shower, main bedroom with Queen size bed and a large front room/porch (all season) for extra living space. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. 1 full, 1 queen and 2 twins with a full bath with tub. (no shower) Our home also has a large back screened/windowed porch for use in nice weather, garage with lawn chairs, corn hole and dart-board, and an outdoor grill for cooking and a small portable fire pit is available for outdoor evenings.. Plenty of room for large family or more than one family, great for "girls or guys getaways"! Guest access Our whole home is available for your use.
