Modern apartment above the rooftops of the city

The apartment consists of one floor, bedroom/living room with open concept, generously distributed (one room plus a separate bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom), two balconies with magnificent views over the city and the surrounding mountains. We ask for use of only one floor. For an occupancy of more than 4 people or with children, we recommend booking the entire accommodation (modern loft maisonette), in my other offers The space The apartment is quietly and centrally located. Jena is located in the beautiful Saale Valley, which means that the living space in the valley is limited. Our house is NOT located in the center but below the Landgrave of one of the mountains that surround Jena. We live in the villa district, located below the Landgrave, so on a hill. Please take this into account when booking with children or people who do not like to walk! The whole room, private entrance, private kitchen/bathroom Guest access When booking this property, only the use of one floor is included, which is good for 2-4 guests. Sleeping options with one double bed each in the open spacious living room and the separate bedroom. The two sofas are also pull-out sofa beds. There is a bathroom and a kitchen. Other things to note The apartment consists of two floors as a duplex. Included here is only the lower floor consisting of a living/bedroom (with double beds and two sofa beds), kitchen, bathroom, 2 balconies, approx. 60 square meters in total For short-term bookings, please understand that we may not be home directly and check-in may not always be available at 4 pm. It would be best to request in advance. We usually respond within a few minutes. Fine print: in case of overbooking (more guests than stated in the booking), we allow ourselves to charge €20/guest per night. Late check-out, which is not agreed, costs €20 per full hour or part thereof, up to a maximum of the price for one night.
