Tastefully decorated with all the comforts to make it a home, this beautiful, fully furnished, new duplex has everything you could ask for especially for longer stays Comfortable beds, wifi, Smart TV’s to stream your own services and a kitchen stocked with all the utensils and supplies, this is a comfortable, affordable option for a fully furnished rental. Housing development is new so it doesn't show up on maps yet. Please follow the directions provided. The space This spacious, duplex features covered parking, a private entrance with keypad lock. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms with storage for clothes, closets and comfy beds. The bathrooms are sparkling clean & stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The large open kitchen has tons of counter space & open cabinets to store your food. The laundry room is also large and open, where you will find a full size washer & dryer, The living room is extra cozy. Sit back and enjoy a show on the SmartTV with a built in Roku for streaming services. A sliding glass door opens up to the fully fenced back yard. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, an additional SmartTV, a walk in closet and private bathroom. Guest access •Guests have access to the entire home and yard from 4pm on their check in day, to 10am on checkout day. •A door code will be sent in the Airbnb messaging shortly before check in time. •Guests staying less than 30 days may not use our address to receive packages or any mail. No guests may use our address to establish residency on bank statements or ID’s at any time. Other things to note We may require a $300 fully refundable incidental fee to be paid prior to your arrival if you do not have at least three 5-Star reviews with Airbnb. After a confirmed reservation, I will send over a request for the fee, which will be held by Airbnb until you’ve checked out. It will be returned in full once the space has been observed to be left damage free and does not require excessive cleaning.
