Wazze Lake Area Cottage

Peaceful cottage 5 mins outside town just 2 doors from Local favorite Bar/Restaurant, near Wazee Lake for Diving/Kayaking/Beach, Casino, Downtown Shops & Restaurants. Across street from Walking Path for morning run or walk to popular BBQ Joint, Pub with Best Burgers, Fri Fish Fry, Sat Prime Rib & Lg salad bar. Finish night in backyard/bonfire pit or a game of bags. There’s also a back deck/grill if you stay in. Full new kitchen, 3 New AC’s with ceiling fans in each room. (Phase 2/ outside 😉) The space We have a large property with a big driveway for lots of parking The backyard is great for running around or bonfire, cookout or bags tournament. The front porch has the best breeze and twinkle lights for hanging out anytime. Walking path across the street through small park for morning workout. Guest access Guests have access to the first floor with a front living room with TV, primary bedroom with desk, full kitchen, large dining room table seats six, and a wood panel sunroom/family room with TV, small table with stools for serving snacks/games/puzzles with a deck/grill off the back, and porch off the front of that sunroom. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed & one has a full-size bed. Both bedrooms have a closet & dresser with chair. *No bathroom upstairs There is 1 large new bathroom on the 1st floor with shower, vanity sink with mirror and toilet. Other things to note We require guests to have a good track record with Air BNB or contact the host with additional information. We are concerned that all guest leave the cottage in excellent condition and follow a few house rules. We love hosting to guests who treat our home with respect. * Only 1 bathroom - Large, Newly Renovated, on main level. Ask if you need a shower seat for assistance and we will have it available. *3 New AC units cool entire house (ceiling fans in every room of the cottage) but not central air. Spray hose by driveway to wash off dirt/sand etc if needed. Mud room on side porch and a backyard shed to use if needed.
