Welcome to La Rochelle, in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood very close to the city center (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus and 15 minutes on foot) without the inconveniences of the center (tranquility and free parking in front of the house). All shops: 5-10 minutes on foot. The ring road is 5 minutes away: Direction Pont Île de Ré is 10 minutes away and Châtelaillon-Plage is 15 minutes away by car. We expect careful guests; this rental is our main residence. The space House renovated in 2018, ultra-comfortable, south/west facing: enclosed garden of 120 m2, with a wooden terrace of 20 m2 (garden furniture and umbrella), rental of 65 m2. Surface area of 65 m2 on 2 levels: Ground floor: 1 large, bright, fully equipped 15 m2 kitchen (new fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), 1 15 m2 living room (TV and Freebox – Wi-Fi available) with ceiling fan, 1 separate toilet, 1 12 m2 bedroom (bed with 160 x 200 cm memory foam mattress), with an ensuite bathroom (bathtub and new washing machine). Upstairs: 1 15 m² bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed). Duvets, mattress covers, pillows, and 2 oilcloth tablecloths (indoor/outdoor) are included in the rental. Linens not provided. Baby cot available on request. Note: Expected caregivers. This rental is our primary residence, we leave our belongings and belongings there, which we thank you for respecting. Other things TO note: The end-of-stay cleaning fee is €50 and is mandatory, as we want to have a house that is impeccably clean for each tenant. We only ask that you wash and put away dishes, remove your sheets and leave the rental in good condition, being careful not to degrade anything. - Please do not make noise from 22:00. - The rental is suitable for children, nevertheless, as the stairs are steep, it can be dangerous. We ask parents to be particularly vigilant about their children in order to avoid any incident or deterioration. Booking this listing is an acceptance of these rules.
