This house has been the location of family vacations for the last 20 years. The quiet neighborhood and flexible sleeping options make it an ideal spot. Sidewalks lead to downtown Kennebunkport (1.1 mi) and the beach (1.8mi). Beach supplies and the private backyard with all new outdoor shower, fire pit table, Adirondack chairs, and grill are just a few amenities to enjoy. *Please note, all entry points to the house require navigating several stairs and all bedrooms are on the second floor. The space This Cape is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and was built specifically to host family vacations. While we are not able to allow pets to stay here at this time, please note, for people with allergies both cats and dogs have lived here in the past. Home is registered and approved for short term rental by the Town of the Kennebunk. Approval #036 Guest access Guests will have access to the first and second floors of the house, the garage, and both the front and back yard. The basement, a supply closet on the first floor, and the master bedroom will be unavailable during your rental.
