The space The property was setup with my family in mind; we want a big open space to hang out and full kitchen, but mostly just need place for all of us to crash after a day of adventures. Originally 3 bedrooms, this house was recently modified to create a more open floor plan, so the 3rd bedroom is now part of the living area but can be separated using the floor length curtains. A trundle bed in the living room adds sleeping space for 2 more. It has a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. Newly upgraded 600 Mbps Wi-Fiwith coverage across entire property, new 55" smart TV with Roku. Off-street parking is available in the lot on Clay St. with access from the back porch, or street parking is available directly in front of the property. Just across the street is a playground, gazebo, and shelter for additional outdoor fun. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home. Other things to note The two bedrooms and both twin mattresses on trundle bed feature new Tuft & Needle mattresses. Additional sheets, towels, and blankets are available. There is a step down from the kitchen/living room to the back hallway with the two bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry area. This is a duplex, so there is a shared wall in the back with long term tenants.
