Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cabin and the surrounding outdoor spaces during their stay. Enjoy the private walking trails right on the property, perfect for a peaceful hike, quiet stroll through the woods, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. The main trail begins near the cabin and loops through the trees — a lovely way to experience the forest without leaving the property. You’re also welcome to use the outdoor furniture and grill, as well as the fire pit area and driveway parking. These spaces are yours to enjoy throughout your visit. We just ask that you stay on the marked path when exploring and be mindful of natural vegetation like poison ivy that may grow along the trail edges. Please note there is a separate building on the property that’s used for storage and maintenance. It’s not part of the guest space, but we may need occasional access during your stay — always respectfully and with minimal disruption. Other things to note If you’d like to have additional guests during your stay, please send a quick request in advance for approval. We’re happy to accommodate when possible, but need to ensure we stay within occupancy and safety limits. The property includes private walking trails and is surrounded by natural forest. Guests are welcome to explore the trails and outdoor areas at their own risk. Please stay on the marked path and use caution, as the terrain may be uneven with rocks, roots, and natural vegetation such as poison ivy. Because we’re in a wooded area, you may also see local wildlife such as deer, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, and occasionally insects or other native animals. Please enjoy them from a distance — never feed or approach wildlife. By booking and using the property’s outdoor spaces or trails, guests acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and that the host and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from outdoor use or natural conditions. Our cabin is located in beautiful Western New York snow country, where winter weather and snowfall can be unpredictable. The driveway is maintained and plowed as needed; however, snow and icy conditions may still occur. During the winter months, AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended for safely navigating the driveway. Guests should plan accordingly and check weather conditions before traveling. We love the peaceful, snowy setting of the cabin and want all of our guests to arrive safely and be prepared for winter conditions!
