The community offers many amenities, including: - 4 Lakes - Beaches - Blow up Obstacle Course at Locust Lake - Lifeguards - A Pavilion - Shuffleboard - Horsehoes - Picnic and Grilling Areas - Snack Bar - Playgrounds - Basketball Court - Tennis Court - Pickleball Court - Beach Volleyball - Baseball Field - Ski hill with a T-bar lift - Sledding Hill/Water Slide Hill (depending on season) - Fishing (PA fishing license required for adults) - Community Events (bonfires, BBQs, live music, djs, bingo, and more) - The Chalet (a community house for events and activities) These amenities are available to all guests with wristbands. Other things to note -The minimum age requirement for rental is 25, per the community and township. -No pets permitted Township Registration #- 021206 - Per local ordinances, guests must complete a community registration form at least 48 hours before arrival, or there is a $250 fee. -The fee for car registration and wristbands is $35. You will receive an email with dated car tags to print out. They must be displayed in every vehicle. 8 wristbands will be included. Additional wristbands for day guests are available for $9/day at the office. The wristbands must stay in the house prior to checkout, or there will be a fee of $25 each to replace them. -All incoming guests and vehicles must be registered in the Locust Lake association office for security purposes. All guests must have identification and bring car registration/insurance documents. - The dated car tags you received once registered must be printed out and displayed in each vehicle. -The office is located at the entrance of the community.
