Guest access Guests have full access to the private basement apartment, including a separate entrance for your convenience and privacy. Please note that the back door leading to the garage is not accessible to guests except in the case of an emergency. Hosts live in the upstairs unit but respect your privacy during your stay. We’re available if needed but otherwise give guests space to enjoy their stay. Other things to note Please note a few additional details before booking: • Hosts live in the upstairs unit full-time • We have one friendly dog (and occasionally a second), as well as two cats • Dogs stay in the backyard when outside, cats may be outside occasionally. • While we love animals, pets are not permitted in the rental Parking: • Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles, or 1 truck with trailer • Additional truck/trailer parking is available ½ block away (5th St & Railroad—please park parallel to the road) Sleeping arrangements for 5 guests: • 1 queen bed (2 guests) • 2 twin beds (1 guest each) • 1 twin air mattress (1 guest) • Spacious sectional couch with chaise available for lounging or additional sleeping space
