The house “Callisto 3” is located near the village Marpissa and Piso Livadi Paros.(max 5 Persons) It’s a duplex apartment (maisonette) with a total surface of 75 m2 The 1st floor consists of 2 big bedrooms with a WC. The 2nd floor is an undivided room with a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. It has access to a big veranda with a soothing view of the sea You can also access the garden and the barbeque The apartment is fully-equipped and it can host up to 5 people There is a covered garage for 2 cars Appliances work just fine. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Around the houses there is a garden with a playground and a small pool . Trees and plants with complimentary fruit ( if any) ,barbecue…. A 5min walk will get you to the mini market , restaurant and cafe... Less than 600m is the nearest beach village with plenty of restaurants… If you enjoy nature and walking you can continue exploring… It’s beautiful being in nature , cycling , walking , driving… Getting to the house from the airport (or the port) is possible by car , taxi, bus or host pick-up. The house is located about 16 Km from the airport or 15 Km from the port. Close there are many beaches (from 500m and more). Getting to the center of Paroikia its 15 Km and the center of Naousa 10 Km Getting to the house is of course fastest and more convenient with the car. The house is 5 min walk from the bus stop.
