Your perfect getaway awaits! The space Our three bedroom, two and a half bath farmhouse sits on nearly 5 acres with approx. 100 ft. of water frontage with your own private dock! Whether you a couple looking for a serene getaway on the bay, a multi-family group looking to make lasting memories adventuring together in and out of the water, or a group of friends ready to enjoy each other's company, Farmasea is the property for you! The well-equipped kitchen overlooks Doctors Creek and opens to the dining area and family room with beautiful Bay views. You can even see the Bay as you cook on the propane range in the island! A dishwasher, coffee maker, and air fryer are all available for your convenience. Sip your coffee and watch the sun rise over the Bay through the huge bay window. The home boasts several other places to kick back and relax. The “Wood Room” serves as a great mud room to drop your shoes and gear. With a metal roof and separation from the rest of the house, it’s also a nice place to kick back and read a book or listen to music, especially during a passing rain shower. Get ready for movie night in the TV Room that has ample comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV. The bright, fully enclosed front porch includes a kids play area and comfy seating arrangement; perfect for board games or conversation amongst family and friends. Relax in the first floor primary suite which features a king bed, full bathroom, double vanity, and secluded workspace. A walk-in closet doubles as back-up storage to meet all your needs while you’re on vacation. Upstairs you’ll find a full bathroom and two more bedrooms. The first bedroom features a cozy nautical vibe and comfy queen sized bed. The second bedroom is home base for kids of all ages, with two sets of bunks that provide three twin and one double bed. With its own TV, this bedroom gives the kids a place to retire (and everyone a break!) after a long day on the bay. Outdoors, the property features a little bit of something for everyone. The private dock is epicenter of fun, where you can swim, fish, launch kayaks, crab, dock your own boat, and so much more. You’ll have access to two adult kayaks and three children’s kayaks, multiple crab pots, and several fishing poles. The deck box on the dock houses beach chairs and life vests for children of all ages. The “Party House”, located between the main house and the dock, has a large screened in porch overlooking the Bay that’s perfect for an afternoon nap, a good book, or unwinding with cocktails at the end of a busy day. **Important note- the inside of the party house is currently being renovated for the enjoyment of future guests and is unavailable at this time.** Between the dock and along side the house is a HUGE mowed and maintained field that’s perfect for all sports, from bocce ball (provided) to disc golf to holding your own full-sized family football game! For the more adventurous, nearly 3 acres of woods are ripe for exploring and picking blackberries. The property also features a large grove of fig trees that you are welcome to pick when in season. This property has so much to offer that you can truly make the experience your own! Guest access Guests will have access to: -The main house -Private dock -The entire nearly 5 acres of outdoor space -The screened in porch of the “Party House” -The inside of the “Party House” for laundry only -The storage area of an outdoor shed -kayaks: 2 adult and 3 children’s kayaks -crab pots -several fishing poles -beach chairs -children’s life vests -a variety of yard games Guests are welcome to bring their own boat to dock or moor at the private dock. There is a small, sandy bottom boat launch in the neighborhood. The Creek has a narrow, but navigable channel that can accommodate smaller boats (up to approximately 25ft. depending on draft). Water depth at the end of the dock is approx. 2 ft. at low tide. By boat, you can be in the Bay in seconds with so much to explore. Creeks, sandy beaches, fishing, crabbing, and so much more. One of our personal favorites is the beautiful beach at New Point Comfort Lighthouse, which is less than 10 minutes away. Guests will not have access to: -The inside of the “Party House”. This building is currently under renovation, but should not impact your experience in any way. We are working hard to get this space ready, but didn’t want that to hold us up from sharing the rest of this beautiful property! -A shed/garage that houses lawnmowers and yard equipment. -A large garage that we use to work on the property and store our personal items
