The Cascade Retreat

Only Five Minutes away from the Crater Lake National Park Boundary, The Cascade Retreat is the perfect base camp. Please Note: Crater Lake National Park is 183,000 acres large. While the house is 5 minutes away from the park boundary, you still must drive an additional 25 minutes through the park to get to the middle to reach the Rim and View the Lake itself. This is unavoidable driving every visitor must do (except for those staying at the Lodge) as housing is not permitted in national parks. The space The Cascade Retreat is a spacious two bed, one bath home. Complete with a King and Queen sized bed in each of our guests rooms, guests can rest assured sleep soundly. The home is equipped with a full kitchen and is stocked with pans, utensils, and cooking spices. Wifi is provided along with a Smart TV that can be used to sign in to your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. accounts. Be sure to enjoy relaxing on the Patio and taking in the Panoramic Views of the Basin that Fort Klamath has to offer. Guest access The entirety of the livable home is available for guest use, however the garage/pump house and storage sheds located on the property are locked. Other things to note There is high mineral content in the water table in Fort Klamath and the house is on a well system. It is safe for consumption but for those that prefer purified water we have a dispenser available in the kitchen.
