Welcome to Raven's Wing on Saturna Island, British Columbia, where peace and privacy abound on this 38.5 Acre property. Enjoy the view from your patio overlooking Navy Channel and as far as Salt Spring Island. From here you can enjoy fabulous sunsets, watch the Eagles soar by, and the BC Ferries glide by in the distance . It is easy to feel like you're the only person on Saturna Island on this property and it's so quiet you can hear the sound of the Raven's wings as they fly overhead. The space This is the upper level of my home and I do live on the premises full time, however I will do my best to be neither seen nor heard while you're here unless you need me. You have a private entrance from the exterior and a private king sized bed, bathroom and sitting area in a large open concept space. There is NO kitchen available and dining out options on Saturna can be limited. I can provide you with a coffee pot, kettle, small table top oven/air fryer, toaster, small bar fridge and an induction hotplate suitable only for making very simple meals in your private area. The appeal of this listing is the large quiet 38 acre property. If you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a peaceful and private setting, then this is the place for you! This property is so quiet you can hear the Raven's Wings flapping as they fly overhead. There are private walking trails on this property that backs onto park space where you can find additional hiking trails. From up on our hillside you cannot see another structure on Saturna other than our small ferry dock. It is truly nature at it's best. In your suite you will find a firm King size bed complete with luxurious hotel linens. This listing is suitable for one or two adults. Unfortunately due to the nature of the suite and property I am unable to welcome children. Guest access There is a 800 meter long gravel driveway leading to this property however it is well maintained and unless you have a very low car you should have no trouble navigating it. Once you arrive at the house you will have your own private entrance and will find your upper level suite at the top of two flights of stairs. During your stay I live in the home on the separate main floor level. You have a private entrance and I will do my best to *not* be seen or heard while you are here unless you prefer to interact. If you'd like to introduce yourself and meet me please let me know and I'm happy to come say Hello, otherwise I'm happy to give you your space to enjoy the serenity Other things to note *There is NO KITCHEN provided in this listing and dining out options on Saturna are very limited. Saturna has a small general grocery store on Island and I can provide a coffee pot, kettle, toaster, toaster oven/air fryer, small bar fridge and an induction plate for you to use if you would like to prepare small, simple meals for yourself. So far all my guests have managed meals of their choice just fine with the implements provided. For dining out options in the Fall and Winter Saturna offers: The Saturna Lighthouse Pub (closed Mondays), La Cucina on Saturna (at the Cafe by the general store), and our newest addition Dee's Dairy Bar in the Pub building by the ferry terminal. Our general store has prepared options usually consisting of wraps and sandwiches available for purchase as well. The store is a great place to check out! Only the Pub and Dee's are open weekdays. La Cucina on Saturna is open Fri, Sat & Sun until Dec 2025. The Feral Goat Bistro at Sage Hayward Vineyards is closed for the 2025 season and will re-open Spring 2026. Reservations are *required* at La Cucina on Saturna. (Please check all eatery websites and fb pages to verify current conditions or closures) *In addition please note there are 2 flights of stairs to access your suite. *There are no window coverings in your suite except for in the bathroom.
